Parents should obtain an enrollment packet of forms and Parent Manual and discuss with the director your particular situation. Ask questions and visit the School. We believe Beacon is a good place for children, but we cannot be all things to all people. You will need to determine what kind of school and childcare situation best fits your child's needs. Submit the completed Enrollment. Payment Contract Form and your check for the enrollment fee. Enrollment fees are not refundable. Submit all other forms by the first day of attendance. The Medical Statement signed by a physician is due within one week of beginning attendance.
